✨ Terms of Service ✨

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms. Please read carefully.

1. General Terms

✩I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason.
✩Prices are subject to change based on demand, complexity, and other factors.
✩All relevant information must be provided to the artist before work begins.
✩Any ill behaviour (e.g., harassment, aggressive behavior) will result in the commission being cancelled with no refunds.

2. Payment

✩All payments must be made through the Vgen website.
✩Commissions must be paid in full upfront or 50% upfront with the remainder paid upon approval of the final sketch.
✩The client is responsible for any additional fees through the payment systems.

3. Process & Deadlines

✩Completion time will depend on the complexity of the piece, current workload, and the client’s responsiveness.
✩Rush orders can be discussed, but they may incur an additional fee.
✩Clients are allowed 2-3 major revisions during the sketch phase. Once approved, only minor changes are allowed afterwards.
✩WIP (Work in Progress) updates will be provided at major stages (sketch, lineart, base colors). Any further updates must be requested by the client.

4. Copyright & Usage

✩ I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork, which includes the right to post the artwork online, in portfolios, and use it for promotional purposes.
✩The client is purchasing the rights to personal use only. This includes displaying the artwork on personal social media, using it as a profile picture, or printing it for personal use.
✩Commercial use of the commissioned artwork (e.g., for merchandise, keychains, etc.) must be discussed separately and will incur additional fees.
✩The client may not claim the artwork as their own, nor remove or alter my signature/watermark.
✩The client may not use my artwork for any AI training.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

✩If for any reason I need to cancel the commission, a full refund will be given.
✩If the client cancels the commission, the refund will depend on the stage of completion:
Sketch phase: 50% refund.
Lineart: 25% refund.
Colour/Final stage: No refund.
✩No refunds will be given for completed commissions.

6. What I Will & Won’t Draw

✩While I am open to draw almost anything, I reserve the right to decline your commission request for any reason. NSFW drawings are subject to further fees and are only allowed to be commissioned by people of the age 18 or older and of characters that are 18 or older. 7. Client Responsibilities

✩The client must provide all necessary references and clear details for the commission.
✩Ensure that any reference material provided does not infringe on third-party intellectual property.
✩If the client is unresponsive for more than 5 days during the commission process without prior notice, the commission may be canceled without a refund.

8. Final Delivery

✩The client will receive the final artwork as a high-resolution PNG file.
✩No physical product will be shipped unless specifically agreed upon.
✩Upon final delivery, minor corrections may be requested, but major revisions may incur an additional fee.
